Katerina’s Restaurant
What has remained under wraps in Cornwall has certainly been a destination for out-of-towners from anywhere
in Southeastern Québec and Ontario as far as Maine and Toronto.
After 28 years in the restaurant business in Tucson, Arizona, Katerina’s vision for Cornwall is a place where
patrons can escape through their magnificent Mexican, Southwest and Greek cuisine without the need for a
passport, she says: “It’s all right here in town, just a skip from Brookdale on Second Street West.

Featuring such delectable dishes as Red Snapper Vera Cruz, Chile Rellenos (stuffed poblano peppers),
Tostadas, Steak Mexicano, Enchiladas, Southwest Chilli, Chicken Reganati, Spanakopita, Dolmades (homemade stuffed grape leaves) Saganaki (table side cheese flambé) and Gyros among many many more to satisfy your most discriminating taste buds, all being presented to appeal to your eyes first. You can compliment
your meal with a Mango Margarita, refreshing Mexican or Greek Beer and end up enjoying a delicious homemade Greek pastry or a Cappuccino. Using healthful canola and pure virgin olive oil, several dishes are vegetarian and wheat-free conscious to cater to all dietary needs.

On the top of the list of priorities, for both Katerina and Mom Gisele, is flavour and freshness. Along with growing their own herbs and peppers special care is taken to seek out the freshest and most authentic ingredients, regularly importing supplies from Arizona, Mexico and Greece.

Katerina’s offers full catering service for a variety of events such as baby showers, birthday parties and corporate meetings. They can accommodate up to 120 people or two separate groups in their two dining rooms related by a bar and dance floor. Entertainment can be provided if desired. They are now accepting bookings for your holiday parties with your choice of a Mexican Buffet, Traditional Christmas buffet or a Table-d’hôte-style menu. Special attention is given to each and everyone of our customers to ensure a relaxed and pleasant dining experience.
