Canada Day
Canada Day is Canada's national holiday, marking the formation of the country on July 1, 1867. It is a federal holiday celebrated on July 1, annually by all provincial governments and most businesses across the country.
It’s no secret that Canada Day is celebrated in style in Cornwall, with a giant birthday party held all day long. Activities include concerts in Lamoureux Park, a parade and a giant fireworks display.

Apples & Arts Studio Tour is held at the end of September. This autumn driving tour features the works of artists and artisans in the Seaway Valley.

Arts in the Park
Every summer, over 30 productions light up of the Lion’s Club Bandshell in Lamoureux Park during the Arts in the Park event. You’ll be able to take in premier performances that range from puppets to poetry to prose!

Doors Open Ontario
Doors Open Ontario is held mid September. This 2 day event opens the doors of historically significant buildings to the general public, doors that would not normally be open.

Kinsmen Cornwall Lift-Off
This annual hot air balloon festival is hosted in Cornwell each year in the middle of Juloy over a fun-filled weekend. All the events take place in Cornwall's Lamoureux Park located on the St. Lawrence River.
